Vendor Details

Where: Brickyard Park, Hastings, NE

When: Saturday, August 19th – 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, “Doors Open” at 1:00 PM


  • Day of event – Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • All additional vehicles MUST be moved out of the park grounds by 12:30 p.m. on the day of the festival. 

Deadline: All applications must be submitted by July 14, 2017. 

Due to limited space, there will be a limited number of food vendors allowed at the SolFest Music Festival. SolFest reserves the right to accept or decline applications of our choosing. We will send you a formal notice of approval if your business is chosen as a food vendor for this event. If you are chosen as a food vendor, you are then required to submit the food vendor registration fee of $100.00 to secure your participation. 

Vendor Space: Booth space is limited to a single 12’ x 12’ booth (including all wires, stakes, poles, etc.). We recommend you come prepared for all types of weather because you must secure your booth in case of windy conditions. 

Electricity: Vendors must supply their own electricity.

Weather:  The festival will not be cancelled because of rain, but will be moved to Chautauqua Park in Hastings. This is an outdoor event; be prepared for any type of weather. 

Sale of Goods: We are excited to see your menus, however, no alcohol can be served outside of the SolFest Beer Garden which has exclusive alcohol rights to the event. 

Certificate of Insurance & License: A current Certificate of Insurance and up-to-date licensing and permits are required for all vendors at SolFest upon submission of application. 

Occupancy Tax: In Hastings, any food establishment which operates at a fixed location for a temporary period of time needs to pay the Annual Occupation Tax of $40.00 to the City of Hastings. Therefore, this is required for all food vendors of the SolFest Music Festival. Proof of this payment is due upon your approval as a food vendor. 

Vendor Fee: The vendor fee of $100.00 is due upon receiving the letter from SolFest informing you of approval as a food vendor. This fee is required to secure your participation in the event. If you do not pay the fee in a timely manner, we will offer the space to another vendor. 

    By submitting this online application, you acknowledge that SolFest is subject to various weather conditions and state and federal safety and health regulations. You realize space is limited, and it is first come, first serve to the vendor spots at SolFest.
